Supermarket trip!!

                 😋🎉 Food for thought!! 🍞🍫

Recently our senior syndicate started a programme called food for thought. It's when you make sure your eating healthy food and you learn about how much sugar are in things and what things are a everyday item and what are an occasional things. This made me really think about what I am eating and now I always check the ingredients like sugar, fat total and salt. We also learned what bread and muesli bars are healthy like tip top is unhealthy and instead you should have Molenburg. We had a wonderful time learning new things and I wish we could go back there.   1. Good job Chimay, this blog is great. You must of put a lot of hard work into it, you made it really easy and clear to understand. I really like how you explained what happened before you went to the supermarket. Though next time could you put in the sugar, fat total and salt of one of the items like Molenburg.
