👍 Calming Lessons 🎉
Kia ora, on Wednesday the 30th of October I took a calming yoga and mindfulness class for the whole day. Both yoga and mindfulness aim to quiet the mind, in order to have deeper connection to an understanding of the self mind / body. They both teach you to tune into your breath, pay attention to body, and learn to accept reality in the moment. I also went with other people and I had a fantastic time learning new things. We also learned a thing called sun salutation and lost of yoga moves. I enjoyed living the moment and enjoyed trying something new and I hope I get to do this again sometime. Our teachers name was Stephanie. We don't have any photo's but we will have some soon.
