High Jump 🎉
For our Friday athletics rotation we did high jump, along with sprints and long jump. We had 15 minutes at each rotation but high jump was the main one. If you don't know what high jump is, it is when you run in the shape of a curve and you do what is called a scissor kick, by lifting the closest foot to the bar and then lifting your second leg and landing on your feet. Each class went together and since I liked to (and because I wasn't the best at high jump) I happily helped out with the high jump bar. Enjoy looking at some of the photos of the day, enjoy!!
